These are the terms and conditions governing your use of the website www.kainyahomesolutions.com (hereinafter referred to as 'the Site') and constitutes your binding obligations towards Kainya Home Solutions may amend the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. All amended terms shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Site and any subsequent use of the Site shall be governed by such amended terms. You are advised to regularly check the Terms & Conditions for any amendments or updates. If any of the Terms and Conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such Terms & Conditions shall be deemed void and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining Terms and Conditions.
1. PAYMENT
Payment can be effected by Master/VISA Cards or can be Transferred to our Account Number with our Bankers. Our Bank A/c. Number will be intimated to you on request.
2. DESPATCH
The Goods ordered, if available in stock, will be dispatched to the destination address given in the Purchase Order within 7 Days from the date of full payment.
In case the Goods are not available in stock, the same will be informed to the Buyer and the amount paid by the Buyer will be refunded.
3. DELIVERY
The delivery of Goods will be effected in accordance with the mode of delivery chosen and informed us by the Buyer. However, we shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of the ordered Goods and no claims shall be entertained by us for the delay in transition.
4. LOSS OF GOODS IN TRANSIT
The Goods will be despatched at the risks of Buyer. We shall not be responsible for the loss of Goods in Transit and no claims whatsoever in this respect shall be entertained by us.
5. ALTERNATION / CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Alternation / Cancellation of Order can be made within 48 hours from the Time of Placement of Order. Any Alternation/Cancellation of the Order Beyond 48 Hours from the time of placement of Order shall not be entertained by us.
